Job Description:
Working at eStar Technologies means working in an exciting, rapid paced environment deploying custom software solutions for clients in a variety of industries. To be successful as a solutions provider, a company must focus on the business details as well as the technical. A Business Analyst I at eStar Technologies is a crucial part of the eBusiness Solutions Team. While working in that capacity, a Business Analyst will be exposed to multiple business functional areas such as Requirements Gathering, Application Analysis, Application Design, Project Management, Application Testing, User Training, Marketing, Sales, and Client Relations. A new Business Analyst will report to the VP of eBusiness Solutions and will very quickly have the opportunity to make a serious impact on software solutions that eStar Technologies deploys.

Job Requirements:
Skills MUST include experience with Windows Operating Systems, SQL, HTML, System Analysis and Design, Database Design and Modeling.
Experience in Java, Crystal Report, Photoshop, and/or Flash is a plus. Also any Sales and Marketing experience is greatly appreciated.
The candidate must be self-motivated, professional, and have a high energy level with a strong work ethic. The candidate must be willing to travel 10% - 25% of the year.

Experience Level:
Academic experience in System Analysis, System Design, Database Modeling, SQL, and HTML is a must. Professional experience in the Sales, Marketing, and/or Information Systems industries, especially the software consulting arena is a plus.
