LSI had multiple airlines and manufacturing companies as clients as well as partnerships with other technology companies. The 1980s proved to be a period of establishment for Longhorn Solutions, a time in which the company made a name for itself in the industry.
Longhorn Solutions spent the 1990s building their team and expanding their portfolio. After the Y2K push, LSI changed the technical focus of the company. The team switched from developing client/server to web-based applications. Leveraging the power of the internet, these new applications provided Longhorn Solutions with a new frontier of software development. They increased their expertise in n-tiered, web-based applications and further solidified their migration to thin-client architecture. The ability to reach people regardless of location along with the scalability of the new developed systems allowed LSI to stay at the forefront of the rapidly growing information systems industry.
As a symbol of Longhorn Solutions’ new direction and focus, the team decided to reinvent themselves. In January of 2003, Longhorn Solutions emerged under the new name of the company, eStar Technologies. eStar’s mission: “To help companies better their business through the use of the latest technology solutions”. The highly skilled team, headquartered in Arlington, TX, offers a range of services to its customers.
Today our team is comprised of talented and energetic people with a diverse background of skills and experiences.
